Caledonian Campers & Conversions Ltd have recently converted this SWB Volkswagen T5 into a unique campervan.
We fulfilled our customers precise requirements and created our very own plastic furniture range.
Our pop-top roof specialist fitted and secured our customers roof along with his awning.
The basic Volkswagen Transporter van before conversion.
All interior of the campervan was chosen by our customer, he had a sneaky peak at our brand new plastic furniture range and
decided against the traditional wood look he went for the more modern look in a fiery red. He matched his furniture up perfectly with
marine flooring, amazing real leather upholstery and auto-trimming, along with grey carpet lining.
We supplied and fitted a waeco 50 litre fridge, full electric pack including hook-up outlet, SMEV combination unit and grill, propex
gas and electric heating system, 12v television blackout thermal curtains and an aluminium crash tested rock’n’roll bed.
A popular feature in most Volkswagen conversions is a double spinning front seat, which our customer required to be auto-trimmed
in full real leather hide – the same as his rock’n’roll bed.
Our customer needed a bike/skii rack for his vehicle along with a wind-out awning, we supplied and fitted both.
We sent his campervan to get colour coded bumpers, pop-top roof and wing mirrors. He also wanted upper-bed boards to give him
extra sleeping/storage space.
The conversion is now complete and Sam has left one very satisfied customer.
We wish Sam and his family many happy vacations and journey’s in their campervan!
